Huon Pine Cheese Board & Knife
These chopping and serving boards are all made by Graeme in his Margate workshop, just south of Hobart. Graeme sources his timber in log form from Island Specialty Timbers. He mills the logs in his horizontal bandsaw mill and thendries it - air dry for 12 months followed by 2 weeks in the kiln. As a result he is able to supply superior quality Tasmanian timbers.
