Made from unpasteurised cow's milk, Raw George is a bit like that one uncle we all have; unapologetically straightforward but once you get to know him he reveals a softer, delicate side with surprising depth. 

SAINT 160g

Saint is a surface ripened, soft oozy cheese with a light bloom on the rind – not a thick carpet of single strain white mould found on more commercial cheeses.

SUPER GOLD RAW MILK C2 130g

C2 is the sort of cheese found throughout the mountains of France and northern Italy. A classic cooked curd cheese made in a traditional large form. C2 matures for 4 - 8months, during which time it develops a sweet aroma and a mildly nutty flavour. The rind is wiped every week to encourage the surface bacteria that provide this cheese with much of its robust integrity.

OTTO 160g

A fresh One Day Old cheese wrapped in slices of local prosciutto, that you bake in the oven until the cheese goes all gooey, and the prosciutto goes all crispy. Serve it up with crusty bread and a leafy salad, and dinner is sorted.

OUR BEETROOT & ONION RELISH 270g

Caz's pickling recipe is simple and delicious - locally grown beetroot and onions, with those big earthy flavours making a great accompaniment to a cheese and charcuterie platter. And let's face it, the deep red colour creates a feast for the eyes.

SPICED PEACHES 270g

One of our signature cheese accompaniments, these are Tasmanian grown peaches, spiced and they make a really great accompaniment to cheese, we think they're great with the funky washed rind cheeses.

WELLINGTON APIARY HONEY - HOBART WILDFLOWER 325g

This is an ideal breakfast honey, great on toast or muesli, while also having enough complexity to serve on a cheese platter.

OUR APPLE STOUT CHUTNEY 280g

Made using our very own Whey Stout, our Apple Stout Chutney is a beautiful blend of sweetness from locally-grown apples, warm spices, and added richness from our stout. This chutney is the perfect match for charcuterie, pork chops, or as an accompaniment alongside our hard cheeses.

HADDOW + DINEEN PINOT GRIS 750ml

'Grain of Truth' Pinot Gris is hand-picked, 100% whole bunch pressed, wild yeast, barrel fermented, unfined and unfiltered. Small crops of intensely flavoured fruit, indigenous yeast and barrel fermentation impart genuine richness and texture to this multifaceted and textural Pinot Gris. Aromas of ripe peach, subtle nuts and wild honey give hints of the lusciousness and complexity of the palate. Powerful and balanced with lingering flavours.

To celebrate, we've created XX - our special release 20th Year Anniversary Saison. Golden with a white fluffy head and high carbonation, this rustic traditional farmhouse style beer is perfect for a celebration. Banana, pepper and spice dominate the flavour. A light bitterness and dryness on the palate round out this refreshing beer.

BLACK PUDDING - 2 x 500ml

Black Pudding is a limited seasonal release stout, infused with Derwent Valley raspberries. Rich dark chocolate and roasted notes balance a pronounced raspberry aroma and slightly tart flavour. It’s like drinking a chocolate pudding with raspberry coulis. 6.0% ABV

FARM ALE - 3 x 500ml

Farm Ale is a unique pale ale made with barley, wheat, oats and hops from Tasmanian farms. Our flagship session ale is hazy golden, with a smooth bitterness and fruity hop aroma balanced by earthy cereal sweetness. 4.8% ABV

COAL RIVER FARM CHOCOLATES - Box of 8

For the chocolate fiend - these are just beautiful handmade chocolates made by our friends at Coal River Farm, in southern Tasmania. These exquisite handmade chocolates showcase the flavours of their farm where they grow all their own herbs, berries and stone fruit. Contains: milk, wheat, soy, tree nuts, sesame, peanuts.
