This is some of the recent harvest from Nicky and Terry Noonan in the Huon, their property overlooks Matthew and Sadie's Fat Pig Farm in Glaziers Bay and has some of the most beautiful scenery in Tassie. This is some of the best quality saffron grown anywhere in the world. Every thread is hand picked and hand dried. To get the best result, fill the vial with hot water and leave it overnight to extract the maximum colour and aroma.
