Fresh, hand-made Ragu, made locally right here in Hobart by our mate Matt Rao (who used to run the pizza place on Bruny Island). Matt is about as Italian as it gets. For years he imported ingredients from Italy to supply to Tassie's best chefs. He is staunchly committed to making the highest quality, hand made pasta and sauces. This Ragu is made with our rare breed beef, it is really delicious!
