This Tasmanian Rainforest truffled honey is a real standout. Sourced from hives located in the cool rainforests of southern tasmania, the honey is creamed before being blended with grated fresh truffles. It is terrific to glaze veggies with, drizzle it over a steak, slather it on some sourdough or top some good vanilla ice cream with it.
