This may sound like a weird flu remedy, but trust me, it is divine. The sweetness of the honey eliminates the bitey strength of the raw garlic (which has fermented in the honey) Instead, you’re left with a delicious syrupy honey, infused with subtle floral garlic flavours. And, the thinly sliced slivers of fermented garlic are just SO good.

You can pour the garlic infused honey over some soft warmed cheese (like our Saint!) or try imbuing some in a homemade salad dressing, meat, marinade or pour a little over some roast potatoes!

You'll practically want to eat this out of the jar.
