Our Bruny Island Cellar Door & Tastings

COVID STUFF: Due to Covid we have changed the way we do things at Cellar Door for the time being. Our menu and offering have been paired back to make sure we can serve you safely. We would be grateful if you could provide your contact details on arrival, comply with our social distancing rules, use hand sanitiser as you enter and leave and be patient with our staff as they manage the situation. 

We are about 15 minutes drive from the ferry, on the main road heading to Adventure Bay. Look out for our sign on the left hand side as you enter Great Bay.

Come in and taste our beers and cheese, watch us make cheese and have a chat with the cheese makers and brewer.

Sit under the eucalypts and enjoy a cheese platter and one of our beers. Or coffee and cake. Or stay for a long, lazy lunch with a few of the locals. Make sure you grab a loaf of our organic wood-fired sourdough bread to enjoy with your cheese or a jar from our home-made range of relishes and preserves.

We would love you to come and visit us on Bruny Island and experience what we do and where we live.

BOOK A TASTING EXPERIENCE

Alex and his team would love to take you and your party aside and take your experience to the next level.

We offer this service for groups from 2 - 12 people. Accompanied by one of our Cheesemakers or Brewers, you will be guided through an informative taste experience where you hear about our story, will learn all about the cheesemaking and brewing process and get an understanding of our farm and philosophy.

Cost is $35 per person and the tasting will last approximately 30 minutes.

LARGE GROUPS

Tour groups greater that 8 people are more than welcome with prior arrangement. We need at least 48 hours notice to accommodate all commercial tour groups and we would love to discuss our package options with you.
