FAQs Why Are We Asking You to Sign In Again?

You may notice ... we've switched things up a bit! You may be wondering why.. and I'm here to tell you!

 

 

WHY DO WE HAVE A NEW WEBSITE ?

Well, because... we listened to you guys! We know you have had difficulties ordering from both our Online Store and Cheese Club Offers at the same time, with this new website you can finally do both (YAY!)

You'll also notice it looks a little different and it will now be even easier to find all the products you love. And we'll soon have more features, eg if one of your favourite cheeses is out of stock - soon you'll be able to get an email sent automatically when it's back in stock.

WHY DO YOU NEED A PASSWORD RESET ?

All your private information (like your password) is stored securely and encrypted - so we cannot access it to move it over to our new site.

The good thing is you can just use your old password (so there's no need to worry about remembering a brand new one!) We just don't know what your old password is, so we can't move it over for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'VE FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD ?

If you've forgotten your password then no worries - just use the forgotten password link on the login screen.

WHY SHOULD YOU CREATE A NEW PASSWORD ?

Creating a new password means you won't need to re-enter any of your account info again - if you want to place an order with us. 

IS YOUR PASSWORD SAFE ?

Absolutely - your passwords is encrypted and stored safely so it cannot be accessed - if you ever want to change it, or reset it again you can do this.
