Christmas Shipping

We have extended our flat rate $20 shipping fee per order by popular demand.

Metro Areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide only)
Christmas Orders close on Friday 16 December. All orders submitted after 12 December will be sent via courier for delivery before Christmas, excluding seasonal factors outside of our control.

Regional, Northern Territory and Western Australia
After 12 December, pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed to most areas, but you can still order for delivery in early January.

We will do our best to pack and send orders submitted after the above cut-off dates, however these deliveries are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.

Click and Collect. Last date to order is 18 December. Please bring your order number with you.

Collection Times:

Local deliveries (Hobart metro area only). Last date to order is 18 December.

Order by 9 December for delivery on Thursday 15 December.

Order by 17 December for delivery on Thursday 22 December.

For the vast majority of Australian households, we use a courier service. This service is quick but is not refrigerated. Orders will be packed in an insulated box with gel ice packs to keep cool while in transit. To preserve the quality of our products, our insulated and iced boxes are capped at a maximum of 5kg. Orders over 5kg will require two boxes.

Boxes of Beer and Wine will be sent separately from your cheese order with Australia Post. Each shipping method that we use will generate a tracking number on dispatch, and you will receive an email or text notification to track your order. Australia Post Beer and Wine Shipping can take up to 10 business days, depending on your location.

We do not recommend using a PO Box address for orders containing perishable products.

Our drivers will only leave your parcel in what they consider to be a safe place. If the driver feels it is not safe then the parcel will be taken to your local depot/post office. Orders may arrive on the weekend. Please be mindful of this if opting for delivery to a work address.
If you live in an apartment, make sure you add delivery instructions to your order, for example: “Please leave delivery at service desk” or “Buzz apartment 123 on arrival”.
