This tri-coloured dried pasta is made using the finest ingredients, by pasta maestro Matt Rao. It is fabulous in a homemade mac and cheese (I love making an elevated mac n' cheese with a hard cheese, and a soft cheese, like our George, and some Saint) or add some baked veggies for a gourmet pasta salad.
