A bitter-sweet gin martini. Best served chilled with a twist of orange rind. Twist so the oils of the rind go across the surface of the drink.

Taylor & Smith is an independent artisan distillery in Hobart owned and run by Natalie and Ben. They experiment with Tasmanian botanicals and carefully craft their base spirits to synthesise the Tasmanian landscape and write out the stories of place.
