Leatherwood Honeycomb
Robin and Antonia from Wellington Apiary make the most delicious small-batch honey as well as this amazing Leatherwood Honeycomb. Leatherwood honey is world-reknown, and the Leatherwood tree only grows in Tasmania, which makes this stuff just about as rare as hens teeth. Honeycomb wax can be eaten as normal honey, and it makes a beautiful accompaniment to cheese platters.
