Cheese Making

Our Cellar Door on Bruny Island is open 7 days between 10am and 5pm.

We are about 15 minutes drive from the ferry, on the main road heading to Adventure Bay. Look out for our sign on the left hand side as you enter Great Bay.

Come in and taste our full range, watch us make cheese and have a chat with the cheese makers.

Sit under the eucalypts and enjoy a cheese platter and a bottle of local wine. Or coffee and cake. Or stay for a long, lazy lunch with a few of the locals.

We also sell our own home-made ice creams in seasonal flavours, such as Organic Rhubarb and Bay, Quince Ripple, Leatherwood and Walnut or Elderflower Sherbet.

Make sure you grab a loaf of our organic wood-fired sourdough bread to enjoy with your cheese or a jar from our home-made range of relishes and preservatives.
