Back Baking

There is a fire in the oven, the sourdough starters are frothin’, the dough is fermenting and Nick is covered head to toe in flour.

It can only mean one thing….

Our bread will be back at the Salamanca Market tomorrow morning. (Look out for the Fig, Fennel Seed and Leatherwood sourdough…delicious!!)
