Hello Nick, My wife and I were first time customers today at Salamanca Market 23/9 (bought some great ham too!).
Your cheeses are outstanding. We can’t wait to try the ‘barney’. I’ll certainly be joining the cheese club. Sorry to read of your recent misfortune, it won’t stop us from buying or telling our friends about your cheeses. I say telling because there probably any left by the time we get home. Cheers, Bruce.
Hey
We’re delighted. We’ve been devotees since you started. Having to eat ordinary cheese for the last 6 weeks has been a nightmare. Hopefully the shopdoor is opening again soon as well. Will you be resuming bread production as well.
Cheers
Andrew
Fantastico! We’re currently in the UK but will be back early November, so can’t wait to get our Bastard again!!!
Well done, Nick for not letting the bureauracy grind you down (can’t say bastards as that would be an insult to your cheese!!!)
Hi Nick, Glad to see that post! When are you going to be sending out the Cheese Club letters?
I need to order cheese for xmas. My mum and mother in law are coming from Brazil, and I don’t want to miss the opportunity of presenting to them the best cheese in Australia by far!!!
